 We are happy to announce that our language assistant, Matt Davis has already started working with us. Matt comes from York, a historic wall located in North Yorkshire, England with a long, rich history.This is Matt's second year as an assistant in Spain and we are sure that he and the students will enjoy the classes very much. To welcome Matt, the Hospitality Department at IES Pintor Juan Lara organized a welcome breakfast and we would like to thank them for their work and help. .

HALLOWEEN IN IES PINTOR JUAN LARA We can find inspiration in the master of terror, Edgar Allan Poe. Our students in 3rd and 4th ESO have worked on the adaptation of the story The Black Cat .  Some actors in 2nd ESO are rehearsing for a dramatized reading, in collaboration with the Music Department,  which will be soon presented to the public. The Technology Department has also made its contribution to the project by studying scales building spooky skeletons.

  Our first-year students have elaborated a wonderful work under the guidance of their Geography and History teacher Mr. Fernández. They are made of playdough and they show the different inner layers of Earth.
