ADVENT CALENDAR


As I’m sure you all know, an advent calendar is a calendar that “counts down” from December 1st  to December 24th. Traditionally, these advent calendars are made for children and usually bring chocolate for each day of the month. It’s a fun way for kids to count down the days until Christmas Day.

However, our calendar brings some challenges for you. It is not chocolate but it can be fun.

Welcome to a new Academic Year: European Day of Languages 26th September

Our first activity of the bilingual programme was the celebration of the European Day of Languages. After Covid 19, our first year students have competed again in the Find the Language competition. This time the word in different European languages was Earth.Our Second Year students have worked on tongue twisters. Year 3 did a survey on the reasons for studying languages and Year 4 made posters in English and French with quotes about the environment. It is wonderful to get back to old traditions and celebrate languages and schools!!!
